"After being a customer of theirs for 5 years my husband finally left state farm, they never gave a price break or anything, and commercial trucks don't deserve price breaks. At first they were good for him and within the past two years, especially, they went downhill. We took the trucks up to full coverage and then back down to liability after full coverage wasn't paying off because they didn't want to cover anything. The final straw of it was, the bill for two trucks that's normally around 70 and wanted over 100 for them. No sense of why a company like this is still in business when they can't give a better deal. Then say we owed money when we didnt, just some people that work there are very rude."

"I provided you a breakdown of the premiums for the entire 6 month period which included adding and removing the additional coverage. Your bills are generated by State Farm not in my office and I have done my best to explain how the charges/credits were applied each month. As far as the time you had full coverage, there were no claims filed. Commercial autos have different rating policies regarding discounts than private passenger. We have always strived to provide you the best service possible, sorry we did not meet your expectations."

"State Farm was able to cut my insurance bill better than half of what I was paying before and provide me with even more coverage that I didn't even know I could get included with my auto insurance. With the cost of everything increasing it was amazing that they were able to get me more insurance for less money, hands down the best auto insurance experience I've had. *Did not deal with this agency specifically, spoke to a wonderful agent named Alliyah who explained everything so it was easy to understand, thank you!"

"I have had State Farm since I started driving and Tamara has been my agent for 10 years now. I just bought a new vehicle, I called her when I was on my way to look at it and before I made a decision, she had called me back with an estimate for the increase in cost for my plan. The quick service helped me be secure in deciding to purchase."

"I was in the midst of switching insurance companies. Happy to find that state farm could save me some money. The newness and excitement quickly wore off though. After questioning the employee I dealt with at this location NUMEROUS times... "So, I dont need to call and cancel with my prior providers for MC, home and auto insurance?" The answer remained the same... "No, we break up with your current companies for you." Great! I thought. Except for they didnt do that. months after I switched companies I was still receiving bills for all 3 of these individual prior insurance companies. I have no problem calling and cancelling myself as I had to do anyway. But if you cant handle the job, dont lie to my face telling me you are going to do that."

"Hi Zach, I'm sorry to hear you had this experience. We always assist our new customers with cancelling their prior policies by having a signed request we submit to the other company. The timing of your review caught me off guard as I remember you moving out of state about a year ago and transferring to an agent licensed to do to business in that state. I was unaware that you were dissatisfied with our office for the time you were with us. I pulled up your record and it appears that you had policies with three other companies prior to State Farm and I still have all three signed requests that we submitted to cancel those policies in December 2018. So I again, I apologize that the cancellation process apparently had some issues and hope that you are doing well in these crazy times."
