"I had Erie Insurance for over 20 years. I had my home and multiple vehicles with Erie. I bought a second car. The car dealership called Erie before I even had the chance. Then Erie sent me a email with my new payment. I was shocked that my payment doubled. I contacted my Erie agent and she was very unpleasant to me. I immediately knew I wasn't being treated like that just for asking a question as to why it was so much. I called state farm and spoke with Kelli. She was absolutely amazing. She talked through everything with me. She gave me a quote and it was incredibly cheaper than Erie. I went to sign my paperwork and Kelli was out of the office. When I walked into the office Jodi greeted me with such kindness. I sighed all my paperwork and set up auto pay. Then a couple weeks later I received such a beautiful card from Kelli and Jodi. I'm so happy I switched.
